Returns Policy

Any return requests must be made within 3 days of the formal delivered date and must be purchases made at Incrediwear.ca.

The nature of undergarments is such that for hygienic reasons, worn returns are not allowed. With the advent of the global malaise from Covid viruses, health protocols and responsible oversight further dictate that items to wear or worn against the body can transmit disease and is no longer hygienic for resale use.

Under special circumstances, returns are accepted if freight damage has occurred or a manufacturer defect is present. For damage concerns, the receiver needs to contact the courier and have them acknowledge, that at time of delivery, the outer package is/was visibly damaged. At that time, we can assist with the courier contacting us with the issue and a case for returns can be opened.

Please note: There is a $13.00 restocking fee in addition to the returning customer paying the return shipping fee.Please note this as your refund will reflect the $13.00 debited fee. Returned products will be inspected to ensure AS NEW FOR RESALE condition. If the returned product is not resellable a credit will not be issued and the product will not be returned without a prepaid shipping label provided by the returnee.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
On international  orders, we will estimate shipping if our online rate instrument .Delivery dates are estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available. Depending on the shipping provider  choosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
